Private Limited has its manufacturing base in Kolkata
and Lucknow, India, which are well-equipped with
state-of-the-art machinery, skilled technical personnel
and a fully motivated and dedicated work force,
conversant with the current quality requirements.
The desire to venture in the international market as
well as the commitment to manufacture as per Global
standards, catalyzed by new regulatory requirements had
initiated the massive change at the Factory in the
period, November 2003 to January 2004. The entire
structure was literally brought down, modified,
additional constructions created – to give shape to a
manufacturing set up that would match international
standards.
 Both the plant is fully air-conditioned with HVAC
facility and state-of-the-art machinery. All machines
are of GMP standard to enable manufacturing with no
chances of contaminations.
The manufacturing zone has been distinctly demarcated
into floors for production of Oral (Solid dosage) and
External Preparations, have been further segregated in
the categories of Lotions and Ointments independent
packing section.
The Quality Control unit is well separated from the
production department and is independently run by
well-qualified analytical chemists. It is equipped with
the latest analytical equipments, of the best brands
available, to handle all sorts of analysis – chemical,
physical and microbiological, with the precision and
accuracy for arriving at the correct results in a rapid
and consistent manner.
Quality performance of the products is supervised and
maintained by the Quality Assurance Team who are
responsible for the implementation of the Quality
Management System. |
